How things ship
FirearmsShip only to a licensed FFL dealer — never to a residence. You complete the Form 4473 and NICS background check in person at pickup.
Suppressors & NFAShip to a SOT dealer and release only after ATF Form 4 approval. The federal tax stamp is $0 as of January 1, 2026. We file the paperwork on eForms.
AmmunitionShips direct to your door with adult signature where the law allows. Some states restrict direct ammunition shipment — checkout declines those orders.
Optics & gearShip direct, no restrictions beyond export law — US addresses only.
Where we shipThe lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories aren't served yet.

The NFA process

01Order your suppressor or NFA item — it ships to your chosen SOT dealer.
02We prepare the ATF Form 4 on eForms; you provide fingerprints and photo (many dealers digitize this in minutes).
03ATF review runs — the $200 federal tax stamp dropped to $0 on January 1, 2026.
04On approval, pick up at your dealer with a government photo ID.
Returns & inspection
Inspect your firearm at the dealer before accepting the transfer — once the Form 4473 is complete, a new firearm is legally a used firearm and cannot be returned; a post-transfer return requires a second transfer. If something's wrong at inspection, refuse the transfer and we'll make it right. Ammunition is hazmat and always final sale. Accessories return within 10 days, defective-only.
