Terms of service

The terms, in plain English.

These terms govern your use of southernarmorygroup.com and every order you place with Southern Armory Group. They're firm where the law makes them firm — firearms are not an ordinary purchase — but we've tried to keep them readable.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, subscribing to our list, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or order from us.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to buy what you're ordering under federal and your own state and local law — generally at least 18 for long guns and long-gun ammunition, and at least 21 for handguns, handgun ammunition, and NFA items. You must be legally allowed to buy and possess firearms. You are responsible for knowing and following every federal, state, and local law that applies to you, and when those laws differ, the strictest one controls.

Products, availability & pricing

Products are offered subject to availability. Our listings, stock levels, and prices are drawn from live feeds across our fulfillment network and can change without notice. Your price is confirmed when we process your order — if an item's price or availability has changed, or a listing contains a typographical or pricing error, we may correct it, contact you, or cancel the affected part of the order. We are not obligated to honor an obvious error.

Firearm sales & transfers

Every firearm ships to a licensed dealer — never to you. All serialized firearms ship only to the licensed FFL dealer you select at checkout. You complete the transfer in person with that dealer, including an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Buying online is not the transfer; the transfer happens at your dealer's counter.

NFA items — suppressors and other items regulated under the National Firearms Act — transfer only after ATF approval. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the restrictions in your state and locality, including magazine-capacity limits, assault-weapon rules, roster and approved-list requirements, and ammunition restrictions. If an order cannot lawfully ship to you or your dealer, we may cancel or refuse it, in whole or in part. If your dealer's background check is denied, the firearm cannot transfer to you — see our Shipping & Returns policy for how that case is handled.

Order acceptance & cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order — before or after it's placed — including where we suspect fraud, an error, or a legal barrier to the sale. You may request to cancel an order before it ships; once an order has shipped to your dealer, cancellation is handled under our Shipping & Returnspolicy. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund the amount charged.

Intellectual property

The Southern Armory Group name, logo, site design, and original content are ours and are protected by law. Product names, images, and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content without permission.

Warranties

Southern Armory Group is a retailer, not a manufacturer. Products carry the warranties offered by their manufacturers, and warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer under its terms. Except as required by law and except for any applicable manufacturer warranty, products are sold “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Southern Armory Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful storage, handling, and use of anything you buy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Southern Armory Group harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law in connection with your order or your use of a product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated terms apply to orders placed after they're posted.
