Features: Slicing meat with a regular knife and cutting board is time-consuming and results in uneven slices. With this double-sided board you can easily cut thin uniform slices that dry evenly. The textured board and pressing plate hold meat securely while you slice. Flip the board to choose 1/4 or 1/8 thicknesses. The kit includes a razor-sharp knife is longer and narrower than a chef s knife making it easier to cut extra-thin slices and the knife can also be used for slicing roasts and other large cuts of meat as well as bread. The high-carbon stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge and the tip is rounded for safety. Blade extends the full length of the ergonomic handle ( full tang ). Knife inserts into board for safe storage. Also includes a multipurpose nonskid Grip Mat to prevent board from slipping during use.
