The Leupold 1-Piece Steel Standard Base Savage 110 (pre-2003) is a two-piece standard base made from the strongest steel construction. There is strength in the design that makes for the most accessibility for your rifle magazine. Leupold bases are compatible with a range of mounts. This base will also fit standard long-range mounts. You will be pleased to note there are some Leupold bases available that are reversible to provide more actions. Both medium and low dual dovetail rings will work with the piece.
